Frequently Asked Questions

What are your operating hours?

Phones are answered Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Quote-form messages sent after hours are picked up the next business morning. Installations are scheduled on weekdays, with occasional Saturday slots by arrangement.

Does a quote cost anything?

No. Phone advice, the on-site measurement and the written quote are all free anywhere in the greater Cape Town service area. The written quote holds its price for 30 days.

How quickly do you respond?

Calls are handled immediately during business hours. Form enquiries get a same-business-day response, and the on-site measurement is normally booked within the week.

Which areas do you serve?

Greater Cape Town: the City Bowl, northern suburbs including Bellville, Durbanville and Brackenfell, the West Coast side through Milnerton to Bloubergstrand, and the south through Constantia to Hout Bay, Fish Hoek and Muizenberg. Regular runs cover Somerset West, Strand, Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek.

What should I have ready when I call?

The number of vehicles to cover, a rough idea of the space in metres, and whether standard netting or waterproof fabric is preferred. A photo of the area helps but is not required — the installer measures everything on site.
